If you receive a defective item, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos. We will review and assist accordingly.

3. Return Terms | 退货条款  

Returns (if applicable) must be approved and returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is our error.  

如符合退货条件，商品必须保持原状寄回。非我方错误造成的问题，邮费由买家承担。

4. Pre-Order | 代购商品  

Pre-order items are specially ordered and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
